Quinn Family Business Consultants is dedicated to assisting and coaching family owned and managed businesses who face uncertainties, whether it be the direction and/or leadership of the family enterprise, or perennial "family issues.” Our goal is to improve communication, create family harmony, and increase shareholder value by:

a.) Working with both the immediate and extended family to improve their communication, teamwork, and conflict management skills, both within the family business environment and, at the Thanksgiving table.

b.) Developing a succession plan with the family to transfer the leadership of the family business, when the time is right.

c.) Creating or strengthening governance structures, such as a board of directors and family council/s.

d.) Working with the family to implement a 2 to 5 year strategic business plan, helping the family design a long-term plan for maintaining family ownership and control of the business, or working with the family to sell the business.
